| Rotary club organizes medical camp at Jhiri Mela | | |

Jammu, Nov 10: The Rotary Club of Jammu city organized RI’s Zinc and ORS awareness camp for diarrhea eradication among pilgrims and local villagers during Jhiri mela located at Jhiri 15Kms from Jammu.
During the camp, hand bills received from rotary international India national polioplus society New Delhi were distributed among the pilgrims, hailing from villagers and from outside the state, who throng the mela in thousands for annual pilgrimage. Club also gave posters and handbills for display and distribution to medical officer in charge mobile health clinic, Jhiri.
Diarrhea is often associated with increased risk of Polio. RB Khajuria on the club, Prem Shankar, Dr Gaurav, Dr. Onkar, along with Harbans Singh with other Rotarians participated in the camp.
