| VC inaugurates National Books Exhibition | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Nov 11- Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri Vice Chancellor Masud Choudhary inaugurated a 3- day National Book Exhibition in the University complex here today. The exhibition has been organized in association with Amazon Information Technology Centre, Jammu.
Several reputed publishers from across the country including Tata McGraw-Hill, Prentice Hall of India, Wiley India, Macmillan, Cengage (Thomson group), Narosa, Gyan Books and Asian Books are displaying their latest releases/editions covering almost all the disciplines/streams academic, general and reference books.
This exhibition has been organized by the University keeping in view the requirement of the students and the difficulties they are facing for getting the books from the local markets.
The inauguration function was attended by Registrar, senior officers, HoDs of various Departments, Director of various Centres and several hundred students from within and outside the University. The exhibition is expected to help the students of management, IT, Engineering and various other subjects being run by the university.
