| Little kids spent day with Ved Mandir Orphans | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 13- On the eve of Children’s Day, little kids of Bachpan-a Play Way School- accompanied by Principal Priya Sethi and other members of the staff today distributed stationary items, sweets and other eatables amongst the inmates of Ved Mandir Orphanage. They also spent some time with them. The most significant part of today’s program was that these kids had brought these items from their respective homes. Priya Sethi, on this occasion, said that the young kids have been brought to the orphanage in order to induce in them the feeling of friendship with others and importance of helping those who have either lost their dear ones or who are very poor and unable to get the things they dream of . She said there are some occasions in our lives which have a special message and leave impression on the tender minds of the young ones. We should utilize these occasions for making these tender minds to be a part of the civilized society and extend every possible help to all such people who want to read, become respectable citizens and reach new heights in their lives by the dint of their hard work and commitment. Priya Sethi said that there are large numbers of people in our society who are lucky enough and have been blessed with all the luxuries of life. If these people save a little from their spending and donate for the welfare and development of those who need them most, it will be a noble work and service to humanity. It is assumed that the God sends us on this earth as human beings with a responsibility towards the humanity and we should not skip from it. She expressed hope that the other educational institutions will also take steps to ensure that their students too are induced with the sense of help and responsibility. BJP State Secretary Yudhvir Sethi, Bachpan teachers Sonia Sharma, Kusum Sharma, Sonia Jain, Kanchan Jain, and Monika Sharma, BJP Press Secretary Balbir Ram, Publicity Secretary Parmod Kapahi, Ved Mandir Compex Incharge Captain Sharma and Orphanage Home Head R.C.Gupta were prominent among those who were also present on the occasion.
