| JJSF condemns Geelani’s statement, organize protest demonstration | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 14- Strongly condemning the statement of Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani in Kashmir University, the Jammu Joint Students’ Federation (JJSF) held a strong protest demonstration, burnt the effigy of Hurriyat leader and demanded stern action against him.
Partap Singh Jamwal State Vice President, JJSF said that these anti-national elements are trying to divide the nation and create Hindu-Muslim fractions. He said that Geelani’s statement was most unfortunate and needed to be condemned by one and all. He demanded stern action against such anti-national leaders besides the Kashmir University authorities who allowed him to speak venom against India.
President GGM Science College Sahil Choudhary asked these anti-national elements to desist from making such statements and not to provoke the youth.
Abhay Sharma, Vice President, GGM Science College asked as to why not a single political party raised their fingers against such statement.
Monika Sharma, Sonika Gupta, Pooja and Madhu Saini JJSF activist said that these antinational elements are hell bent to disintegrate the state on the basis of community and added that this is not for the first time when Hurriyat leader gave such type of a statement.
Among others who joined the demonstration were Gunjot Singh, Ajay Sharma, Aman Singh, Vikram Partap Singh, Danish Vashisht, Yogesh, Tushar Raina, Vishal Manhas, Rohit, Naveel Rahi, Akash, Jyoti Choudhary and Anil Kumar.
