SIT to seek Police remand

Jammu, Nov 17: Taking the surrender of Nagar brothers as a major success, the Special Investigation Team probing Amandeep murder case is tomorrow moving court to seek Police remand of the trio for further investigation in the case to take it to logical conclusion.
Sources said that the SIT is all set to apply their police remand so that detailed questioning could be done to reach on the appropriate conclusion on Amandeep murder fudging of weapon case. SIT had also wrote a letter to Directory Industries seeking detailed of Nago’s asset as SIT was going to hold kurki of Nago on 19 November.
Today Nagar brothers along with Lawyer DC Sharma appeared in RS Pura police station. It is two days prior of 88 days of their run out they surrendered. “ On 19 Nov his 88 days absconding would have completed if they did not surrender and on this condition we under section 88 have right to hold his confiscation” sources informed. However, SIT member once again to sit on a table to chalk out next proceedings today, sources maintained.
