Gupta expresses concern over migrants of Sawara residents to HP

Voicing over their serious concern over the migration of entire village of Sawara in Gandoh area of Doda district to adjoining Himachal Pradesh due of insecurity, the former union minister and senior leader BJP, Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta said that it is serious aspersion over the functioning of the state coalition Govt. that the people are not feeling safe even in the constituency of the Chief Minister.
Prof. Gupta in a statement here today has urged upon the state Governor and all other concerned in this state as also at the center to see that why the people are finding unsafe and getting forced to migrate from this state to other parts of the country.
Nobody leaves his home and herth without compulsions of the security, he and stresses for looking into the whole episode and take measures for return of the migrants and providing them security.
The BJP leader said that the problem of the migrants form Kashmir Valley and other parts of the state, is already causing many problems and burden on the exchequer, and if timely steps are not taken to ensure security and safety for the people in militancy infested Doda and other places, the problems could become compounded.
He said that it is a matter of shame that people are getting refugee within their own country and the men in authority are failing to generate a sense of security and take steps for early rehabilitation of lakhs of those who are living in camps and elsewhere as migrants and refugees.
