| Special PP directed to file objections in Choudhary Bros bail applications | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 20: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu BL Bhat today directed Special Public Prosecutor, appointed by the State government in the murder case of Amandeep Singh, to file objections on two applications filed by Choudhary brothers for grant of bail under FIR NO 247/2009 of P/s Gandhi Nagar Jammu on November 25, 2009. In the present bail applications filed by Rakesh Kumar and Choudhary Nagar Singh it has been submitted that the applicants have surrendered before the Munsiff Judicial Magistrate RS Pura on November 17, 2009 in pursuant to the proclamation order u/s 87 Cr PC issued by CJM Jammu and after the surrender applicants were remanded to judicial custody by CJM Jammu and ordered that the applicants be produced before the Court of Principal Sessions Judge on November 25, 2009. The applicants being innocent persons, the SIT securing non-bailable warrants has caused reasonable apprehension that the Investigating Agency for different reasons and acting under pressure and for public consumption is bent upon causing utmost humiliation to the applicants, besides subjecting them to torture third degree method for fabricating evidence against them, the applications submitted in their bail application. In the bail application it has been submitted that Choudhary Nagar Singh one of the applicant is suffering from various ailments including acute back-ache, ortho related sickness and is surviving on life-saving drugs and has been advised complete bed rest by the doctors and hence seeking bail.. In another bail applications filed by Jagar Singh it has been submitted that applicant is leaving separately in his own houses along with his family. JNF
