| Two pedestrians crushed to death, one drowns in canal | | |
JAMMU OCT-04- Two pedestrians were knocked to death at two different places when the speedy driven vehicles hit them while two others got injured when the truck rolled down from a bridge near Kali Bari near here today.
A Police spokesman said that Maruti car NO 1239/JK08 hit Raj Singh Sambyal son of Padamdev Singh of Ward NO 3 Kathua resulting his on the spot death, while Sham Singh son of Ram Datta resident of Assar Bagger in Doda district got serious injuries in a bus-truck collusion. He was immediately shifted to GMC Hospital here where the doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
A Truck bearing NO HR-37A/2367 rolled down from a bridge near Kali Bari resulting injuries to the truck driver and the conductor. Both the injured were admitted in District Hospital Kathua.
In the meantime Balvinder Singh son of Hardyal Singh of Mangal Bishan who fell into a canal at Bishnah suffered injuries and was shifted to GMC here for treatment.
