| Army organizes medical aid camp at village Muttal | | | Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 22- In an effort to win hearts and minds of civil population of Jammu and Kashmir under Operation Sadbhavna HQ 71 Sub Area had organized a Medical Aid Camp at village Muttal in Udhampur District today. The camp was organized by 41 EME Battalion (Transport) and the Doctors of Command Hospital (Northern Command). Civilian dignitaries, village heads, ex-servicemen and ladies were also present. The camp consisting of gynecologist, Eye and ENT specialists, pediatrician, skin specialist and physicians drew large crowd of patients from adjoining villages of Muttal. In addition to primary health service of specialist doctors, pathological test facilities were also provided and free medicines were distributed by the army. Arun Sharma, Additional Development Commissioner and Dr RK Sharma, CMO Udhampur visited the camp site and interacted with local population and ex-servicemen. They expressed great satisfaction and pleasure in medical facilities provided in the medical camp. They also complimented 41 EME Battalion (Transport) and Command Hospital (Northern Command) for organizing the camp. |
