| BJP gears up for MC election | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 22: BJP Gandhi Nagar Mandal President, Choudhary Vikram Randhawa today held a meeting at Bahu Fort to kick start campaign for the forthcoming election for local bodies.
Today Mr. Randhawa held a meeting at Ward No 47, Bahu Fort which was attended by scores of local inhabitants. While speaking on the occasion Mr Randhawa urged upon the locals to vote and support BJP candidates in the forthcoming Municipal election so strengthen the party at root level. He said more BJP corporators in JMC would ensure development at the door steps of the common masses.
He said that BJP wants supremacy in Jammu Municipal Corporation and urged upon the locals to vote for BJP candidates only. He said BJP is the only party which can bring justice and development and can provide basic amenities to the masses but for that it needs cooperation of the people, he added.
If maximum number of candidates will go the house of the corporation will change the development scenario of the Jammu city, he assured people. The locals present in the meeting assured Mr. Randhawa full support to BJP candidate in the forthcoming Municipal election.
Those present in the meeting include Arun Khosla, Hirdesh Kumar, Smt Sharda Devi, Jarnail Singh, Harbans, Vivek and others. |
