| BJP delegation meets EU members | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 23- Led by State President Ashok Khajuria a seven member delegation of State BJP, comprising Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, Jugal Kishore, Shamsher Singh Manhas, Bali Bhagat, Ramesh Arora and Balbir Ram today called on the visiting team of European Union Council team and submitted a memorandum reflecting party’s view point over Jammu and Kashmir problem.
The delegation had detailed deliberations on issues regarding the role of world community in containing terrorism and expressed their view points that different yardsticks are adopted by the European Countries over the issue of terrorism.
The BJP leaders also expressed deep concern over the misinformation campaign launched by some vested interests in not reflecting J&K problem in right perspective at international forums. It was also pointed out that without disturbing the sovereignty of any country, a common platform can be there over common issues, particularly the terrorism. They further said that without involving India, it is not possible to have a solution, if world community in real sense wanted
