| SMVDU students outshine in literary events at Kurukshetra | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 24- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University stood first in literary events in North Zone Inter University Youth Festival 2009, held Kurukshetra from November 16-20. The festival is organized by the Association of Indian Universities every year. Twenty nine Universities participated in the North Zone festival. SMVDU team also bagged 2nd position in Quiz Competition. Taha Mughal obtained 2nd position in Poetry Recitation, 3rd position in Elocution and Harsh Pandey obtained 3rd position in Mimicry.
Prof. N.K. Bansal, Vice Chancellor, SMVD University and Prof. Suresh Chandra, Dean of Students congratulated the team.
