| Panthers for Tribal’s involvement for national integration | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 25- While addressing a strong, representative national convention of the tribal youth from all over the country, in New Delhi Chairman of National Panthers Party and member NIC, Prof Bhim Singh, today urged the Prime Minister to pay first attention for the development and social upliftment of the tribal and the neglected sections of the society irrespective of their religious or caste affiliations who have been living in the far flung and remote areas of the country like Assam, Dimaraji, Dimapur, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura( North East), Jharkhand, Marwah-Dachhan, Karnah, Darhal, Gulabgarh, Basantgarh, Panchari, Mendhar ( J&K). He demanded a special economic and political package for this most exploited people living in the Himalyan region to develop their communication system which remains as it existed in the stone age. He demanded that the tribal’s economic interest and political interest should be protected under Schedule VI of the Constitution by providing them Self Govern all over including in J&K and protecting their land rights which have been threatened by the local mafia as well as the state administrations. He demanded political representation to the tribal’s in J&K and other states by holding legitimate and genuine delimitations of the Assembly constituencies so that they could also share the benefit of the largest democracy and live with honour and dignity as citizens of India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Dwarka to Manipur. Two day National Tribal Youth Convention was held in Delhi by the National Youth Tribal Association of India where Prof Bhim Singh was invited as Chief Guest. Sudesh Dogra
