| BSF organizes blood donation camp | | |

Jammu, Nov 27: On the eve of ‘BSF Raising Day’ a medical camp was organized at Ftr HQ BSF hospital Paloura with the help of blood bank of government medical college. The camp was inaugurated by AK Surollia, IG Ftr HQ BSF Jammu who on the occasion emphasis on the importance of blood donation. He thanked all who contributed to make blood donation camp a success. Five officers and sixty one other ranks donated blood voluntarily and same was deposited with government medical college, Jammu.
Dr TR Raina, HOD Blood Bank, GMCH was present on the occasion. Apart of various operational commitments, BSF also contributes civil action plan for civil population residing in remote locations of the region.
