| Bansal inaugurates EDC at SMVDU | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 27- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University moves one step forward towards acceleration of entrepreneurial activities of Jammu and Kashmir. The Entrepreneurial Development Cell (EDC) sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education New Delhi was inaugurated by Prof. N.K Bansal, Vice chancellor SMVDU today.
Elaborating the contribution of entrepreneurs in the economy of the country, Prof Bansal said the EDC will develop entrepreneurial culture in academic institution and cultivate generation of wealth and employment. The cell will work to prepare a pool of next generation entrepreneurs who, through their dream and actions would contribute to economic and social development of state and country at large.
Prof. Bansal interacted with the students of College of Management, SMVD University and shared his experience about development process of the university in a short span of time. Students greeted him with a memento as a token of respect to the energy pioneer.
During the program, Deans, Directors and section heads from various schools and colleges were also present.
