DM grants 6 days remand to Jagar, Rakesh and one day remand to Nagaar Singh

Jammu, November-27 (JNF):- Forest Magistrate Jammu Mr. Yahaya Firdous who is also Duty Magistrate has granted six days more police remand of Choudhary Jagar Singh and Choudhary Rakesh Singh who are already in the police since November 21, 2009. regarding the remand of Choudhary Nagar Singh alias Nago, Duty Magistrate granted only one days further police remand with the direction to SIT to produce the accused before the hospital for medical examination as his medical report produced by the SIT is not clear, so Duty Magistrate directed SIT to do fresh medical check-up of Nagar Singh also Nago.
The three Choudhary brothers are allegedly involved in fudging of evidence in the much publicized Amandeep Singh murder case whereas police SIT claimed that they have recovered actual weapon of offence at the instance of Choudhary Nagar Singh. JNF
