11/28/2009 10:21:32 PM

SHO Pacca Danga apologizes
Jammu, Nov 28- There seems no end to the atrocities of Jammu and Kashmir Police on the innocent people. The incident that took place near Mahalakshmi Temple, Pacca Danga Jammu may have shocked everyone. The Police Post In-charge, Panjtirthi, crossed all the limits when he ransacked the Rehri of one Rehriwala who was on his way to sell his ‘Paani Puris’. The In-charge Police Post turned the rehri of that person upside down and destroyed all the material by throwing it on the road.
Meanwhile, Neeraj Sharma JJSF Senior member and In-charge of Schools reached the spot. On seeing all this happening, he could not bear all this and showed his resentment for this act of police. He immediately came into action and alarmed the activists of JJSF as much as possible. Within no time, large number of JJSF activists gathered on the spot and started raising slogans against the police administration.
Kulbir Singh, In-charge Police Post, Parade reached on the spot immediately when he came to know about the incident but was sent back by the activists of JJSF as they were adamant for the compensation to the aggrieved. They again started raising slogans ‘JKP Hai, Hai and JKP Chor Hai’. Apprehending worsening of situation Vishal Sharma, SHO Pacca Danga himself rushed to the spot to pacify the JJSF activists but all in vain.
After a long discussion between JJSF activists led by Neeraj Sharma and SHO Pacca Danga, the matter was sorted out when the SHO apologized on behalf of In-charge Police Post, Panjtirthi for his act and agreed to pay the compensation to the aggrieved person.
