JAMMU, NOVEMBER 29-Two-day Motsogi-Do Championship-2009 was concluded here at Jodhamal Public School, here this evening. The championship was organized by Matsogi-Do Association in collaboration with Jodhamal Public School.
The Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Mr. Raman Bhalla was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bhalla lauded the efforts of the organizers for engaging students of different schools of Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Doda and Rajouri in sports activities, adding that sports are imperative for making the youth physically and mentally fit. He asked the students to participate in sports activities besides their academic education.
Later, the Minister also distributed Gold, Silver and Bronze medals among the winners. |
