| Jammu University to host NZ hockey tourney for men | | | Early Times Report

The University of Jammu is going to host week-long North Zone Hockey Tournament for Men scheduled to begin from December 1 here.
After the successful completion of North Zone Table Tennis Meet hosted by Jammu University after a gap of 27 years, it is a privilege to again for us that we got an opportunity to host hockey tournament, P S Pathania, Registrar Jammu University told reporters at a press conference here this evening.
Mr Pathania said approximately 650 participants, including players, managers and coaches, would be taking part in the tournament to be held at twin venues from December 1-7.
The matches will be played on both grassy ground and famous K K Hakku Astr-Turf, said the Registrar, adding 28 universities have confirmed their participation. |
