| Wipro conducts workshop at SMVDU | | | Early Times Report
Katra, Nov 30: In keeping with its tradition of maintaining high standards of teaching, SMVDU invited wipro to conduct a mission 10X workshop with a focus of imparting high impact teaching skills to the faculty members of the engineering across Jammu. Thus along with the faculty of SMVDU, there were participants from MIET and GCET. The aim of the workshop is to introduce the teachers to innovative teaching methods which ultimately culminate into a ten times increased employability of the students.
In the inaugural session Mr. Aditya Sharma, in-charge mission 10X north zone, introduced the concept to the participants. Prof. R.K.Abrol, Director School of Electronics, welcomed the participants and Prof. M.L. Garg declared the workshop open and expressed his hope that it enriches all. It is a five day workshop that will conclude on Friday, 4th Dec 2009.
