Addressing media persons here today, Dabgotra said that since the CAT had quashed the Government order directing inquiry, attachment of Dr Arun Kumar during Amarnath Land agitation, Dr Arun Kumar has not been given due respect and status in the J&K Administration as per his seniority and experience. “The CAT vide a landmark judgment had given respite to the J&K Cadre IAS officer and quashed both the impugned orders passed against Dr Arun Kumar and directed the state to give Dr Arun Kumar a position commensurate with his status and seniority and taking note of his intrinsic worth within four months”, he informed and said, “It’s a matter of concern that State Government ignored the verdict of CAT”.
