Jammu, Dec 1: In order to remove the second overhead crossing leading to bifurcation process of existing 33 KV Canal Toph line, the power supply to Parade, Raj Tilak Road, part of Jain Bazar, Gumat, Purani Mandi, Pacca Danga, Christian Colony, Danis Gate, Jewal Area, Chand Nagar, Vinayak Bazar, Vikram Chowk, Ware House and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 2, 2009 from 10 a. m to 5 p. m. The PHE, MES, installations and other essential loads shall also remains affected during the shutdown.
According to Chief Engineer, EMRE Wing, Jammu, the shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
