| HC stays Angchok’s posting as Adm. Associated Hospital | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 04-In a petition filed by Dr. Rakesh Khajuria challenging Government order No 1667-GAD of 2009 of November 27, 2009 where under one Tsering Angchok has been posted in his place as Administrator Associated Hospital Jammu, Justice Imtiyaz Hussain of Jammu and Kashmir High Court while issuing notice to the respondents observed that there appears a prima-facie case in favour of the petitioner and in the meanwhile the order impugned the qua the petitioner shall remain in abeyance. Court clarified that this shall, however, not prevent the respondents to make adjustment of the petitioner on any post commensurate to his status and seniority.
The petitioner contended that Angchok was posted in his place wrongly by showing the post as vacant while the positing of the petitioner was not been shown in the said order. Senior Advocate DC Raina appearing for the petitioner referred various orders.
