| SKCWS providing employment to youth | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 5-Sher-e-Kashmir Cultural and Welfare Society (SKCWS) on its foundation day announced to provide employment to the youth of the State through integrated cooperative industrial units named as Sher-e-Kashmir Cooperative Micro and small industrial Development Corporation Ltd.
Announcing this at a press conference here today, Chairman of the Society Manohar Lal Bhagat, Vijay Chikan, General Secretary of the Society said that the program has been framed keeping in view all those schemes which are already in vogue. They said that the scheme has been framed on the basis of cooperative concept with amendment like the overall control of all the Apex Co-operatives and their sister-cooperative.
He informed that the attraction in the scheme is that all the employees of these co-operatives besides taking salary will be share holders of the co-operative and the apex cooperatives will sell their products under one patent.
Bhagat said that Sheikh Tehseen, daughter of Sheikh Family, has consented to shoulder the responsibility for the apex committee.
