Doda, Dec 6: About five hundred teachers of the district in a meeting framed a body appointing Hafizullah Khurwani as its president. cretary, Mehboob Iqbal Bhat as secretary, Daya Krishan as chief advisor, Akash Aziz as organizer while Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, Mohd. Ayub She, Khuda Bash Kyali, Yasir Arafat as advisors, Om Parkash as public secretary and Rakesh Chandel as joint secretary of the forum.
Teachers who had come from far off places condemned the callous attitude of the state government towards the teachers community.
