| Woman dies, 6 injured in road mishaps | | |

Srinagar Dec 7: A lady died and six others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley, police said.
According to police reports a JCB bearing registration number 38-M1343/HR hit and injured a lady Namely Azi resident of Maloora at Shalteng Crossing Srinagar. Injured succumbed to her injuries at SKIMS Bemina. Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another road mishap a Sumo bearing registration number /JK01L/4080 and Maruti van bearing registration number JK01D/4068 collided at Theeru Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to four passengers. All the injured have been hospitalized. Police has registered a case in this regard.
A Maruti car bearing registration number JK03A/7833 hit and injured a pedestrian namely Mohammad Hafiz son of Mohammad Qasim resident of Budhal Rajouri near Gas plant Pampore, Awantipora today. Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident which took place near town Kakapora Pulwama today when a Tipper bearing registration number JK01A/2354 and Motorcycle bearing registration number JK13A/9407, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist namely Shabir Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Abdullah resident of Wasoora. Police has registered a case in this regard.
