12/8/2009 11:13:07 PM

Early Times Report
Jammu , Dec 8
BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora termed statement of Hurriyat leader Sayeed Ali Shah Geelani over the attack on Qureshi so called moderate Hurriyat leader as misleading. Geelani is shedding crocodile tears over the incident and have said that he do not believe in causing injury to any body which is nothing but a false stand. “We demand immediate arrest of this Hurriyat leader if government is really serious to sort out the present attempt to killing and other incidents of violence in Kashmir valley besides other parts of the region. Custodial interrogation should be conducted to bring out interest of the Hurriyat leader.
Ramesh Arora further said that Geelani has stated that he has no control over the militant groups and the incident was a reaction by those who do not want negotiation with the centre is not digestible. Geelani is responsible for exodus of Kashmiri Pandits and labors of Bihar and UP, as he has given call for ousting out them from Kashmir. This type of provocative action requires serious attention by the government in order to nip the evil in the bud.
Arora has expressed surprise over the news item published in paper about on going process of discussion for solving Jammu & Kashmir problem, between the present Chief Minister and Union Home Minister, without taking into confidence the people of Jammu and Ladakh. More than 13 lakhs refugees of different shades, migrated from West Pakistan, PoK, migrated in different wars are in J&K state and without considering their problems, without removing discrimination, without giving constitutional guarantee of participation of all representatives of three regions, no solution can be possible. Quite diplomacy should remain quite till all are taken in confidence.
