| Students of KC public school excel in state TT championship | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 9: The students of KC Public school excelled in the J&K state table tennis championship organized by J&K table tennis association at MA stadium recently.
In U/12 (boys) category, Asad Sharma was the winner of the tournament while Alankrit Mahajan was the Runners-up in U/14 (boys) event.
In U/12 (girls) age group Shreya Mahajan was the winners and Akansha Gupta was the runners-up whereas in U/14 (girls) category Apoorva Gupta was declared the winners while Lavanya Sharma got the second place in U/17 (girls) event. While Sarthak Sharma, Shilonika Anand, Anirudh Bhargav and Animesh Rohmetra were declared the most promising players and were awarded the consolation prizes.
Principal of the school, Jorawar Singh appreciated the efforts of students and the school table tennis coach, Meenu Ragesh for developing a strong table tennis culture in the school.
