| JK Public School celebrates annual day | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 9: The JK Public School at Panjthirthi celebrated its VI annual day at Nelsum exquisite millennium auditorium here today. Deputy chief minister Tara Chand was the chief guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Dy. CM said that it give him immense pleasure to Know that JK Public School Panjthirthi in a short spare of time has touched new heights besides provide a quality education which develop the children into academically proficient, morally upright and socially well integrated individuals. With regards to presentation of various items, Dy. CM said it was remarkable and students were confident and stated that it was definitely and institution with difference as the curricular activities, co-circullar activities, physical activities goes hand in hand.
Earlier, principal Suman Bandah presented annual report of the school. She said school is a pioneering institution imparting progressive and quality education to students by making them academically, physically and spiritually sound. She further applauded the victorious academic performance marked by the JKIIANS of class 8th and 10th in the board examination, and expressed that meritorious students have shown and written their names in the annals of school academic history by bringing laurels to the school.
She emphasized that at JKPS the wheel of activity whether academic, cultural or sports always moves at an exhilarating pace and within a span of six years since inception of the school raised the level of the children and have made them competent to stand by those school who have even celebrated their golden jubilee.
She wished that ‘victory be ours in every battle we fight’. A mesmerizing atmosphere was created and audience was left spell bound by the enthralling, elegant, scintillating and breathe taking colourful literary and cultural performances presented by the students.
