Jammu, Dec 11: On the raising day of Home Guard and civil defence Director General Police Kuldeep Khoda honoured Lalita Sharma with president Medal 2008, at a function held at Gulshan Ground, Police Line, here the other day.
Lalita Sharma being a Congress leader is a dynamic social workers of Jammu. At present she is the corporator of Jammu Municipal Corporation for ward no. 19. She has served in civil defence and remained on the post of warden many times.
On the occasion prominent persons from different streams of society took active participation in hosting the function on the raising day.
