| Aijaz reviews construction of Polytechnic Colleges | | |
Srinagar, October, 07 –Minister of State for Higher and Technical Education, Agricultural, Forest and Fisheries Mr Aijaz Ahmad Khan reviewed the progress of ongoing work of Polytechnic colleges of the state at a meeting of officers held here today.
During the meeting, the Minister was apprised that most of the construction work of government Polytechnic Colleges for Boys and for women’s at Srinagar has been completed and handed over to the concerned authorities. An amount of Rs 10.50 crore has been incurred on the construction of these buildings.
He was further informed that execution work of hostel and a library blocks for women’s while as library block and residential quarter for Principal Polytechnic college for boys are at the final stage.
The construction of Polytechnic Colleges at Jammu had already been completed and handed over to the authorities, the Minister was informed.
Senior officers of Technical Education and JKPCC were present in the meeting. |
