JAMMU, DEC 13: A lucky draw function held at Purkhoo Camp by Rahul News Agency, distributor ‘Early Times’, a leading English newspaper of the state.
During the draw a large number of people took parting the draw. The winners were Satish Kumar Bhagat who won Ist Prize (Dinner Set) Second Prize (Tea Set) was won by Sham Lal and Third Prize of Pouding set was won by Nandanjee. Besides this five consolation prizes were also given.
People on the occasion spoke high of the ‘Early Times’ in highlighting the peoples demands promptly. Radhakrishan a migrant said , the paper is gaining popularity among the masses including elite class since it starts its publication.
