| Clarify quiet dialogue: BJP | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 13: Member of Parliament and Bhartiya Janta Party deputy leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Surinder Singh Ahluwalia today asked the Central Government to come out with a blue print on ‘Quiet Diplomacy’ initiated over proposed dialogue on the Kashmir issue. ''We never opposed dialogue process initiated to resolve Kashmir imbroglio by the Centre, but the Government should maintain transparency on the basics on which it has mooted the diplomacy,'' Mr Ahluwalia said while addressing a gathering here this afternoon. Expressing his apprehension over ‘the system of silent talks’ kept in hiding, Mr Ahluwalia said ''Whenever Congress has tried any adventure on the national perspective, it has backfired as a misfortune for the whole of India and now again, its mischief would land the entire nation as well as Jammu and Kashmir into trouble.'' The opposition leader impressed upon the Union Home Minister P Chidambaram to open the cards of ‘Quiet diplomacy’ which he said have been befooling the whole nation. ''We do not know what this ‘Quiet Diplomacy’ contains and whom it is going to benefit,'' said the MP apprehending that it favours only separatists in the valley, pro-Pakistan ideologue, self-rule and greater autonomy.
