Addressing media persons here today Dr. Chrungoo said that India has adopted attitude similar to that of Britishers had prior they left the country. He said patriotic people are seriously concerned about the quiet diplomacy as there are apprehensions at length and breadth which India should address. He said that government of India seems to be a neutral arbitrator between patriotic and anti-national forces in the state as many times it looks that centre government is leaning out in support of separatist forces to the dismay and distress of the nationalistic forces. Dr. Chrungoo while replying a question said that BJP in centre asks government whether it had taken in confidence state chief minister while in state unit BJP is going to launch protest against quit diplomacy, he however, said that PK is always out there to support the nationalistic forces. He said during Round Table Conferences separatists did not turned to talks but if centre government was making efforts to bring them on platform for talks it should have also disclosed to nationalistic forces to avoid apprehensions among them. Reiterating the demand of home land as only amicable solution of the problem, Dr. Chrungoo said that Panun Kashmir will not accept any dispensation which subjects the Hindus of state to servitude of a Muslim State. Chairman Advisory Committee Prof. M. K Teng and Press Secretary S. K Handoo were also present on the occasion.
