| Several private secretaries promotes, transferred | | | Early Times Report
Jammu December 14- Government has ordered the promotion of five Private Secretaries of HoD cadre as Principal Private Secretaries in the pay band of Rs 15,600-39100 with grade pay of Rs 6600.
The promotees include, Mr. Abdul Rehman Dhobi posted in J&K Public Service Commission, Tsering Sandup (ST) presently posted as CDPO Leh on deputation basis, Mr. Rajinder Prashad Gupta, Directorate of Soil Conservation, Mr. Mohammad Rafi Nawchoo, Health & Medical Education and Mr. Ram Krishan Bhat posted as Private Secretary to Minister for Tourism & Culture.
Consequent upon these promotions, Mr. Tsering Narbo, SDM Nyoma has been transferred and posted as SDM, Khalsi vice Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat whose services have been placed at the disposal of Rural Development Department for further posting.
Abdul Rehman Dhobi, Private Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission on his promotion, as Principal Private Secretary shall continue in J&K Public Service Commission.
Tsering Sandup, presently posted as CDPO, Leh on ex-cadre, on his promotion as Principal Private Secretary has been posted as SDM, Nayoma on ex-cadre basis vice Tsering Narbo. He shall retain lien in his parent cadre.
Rajinder Prashad Gupta, Private Secretary, Directorate of Soil Conservation on his promotion has been transferred and posted as Principal Private Secretary with Chairman, Electricity regulatory Authority against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Rafi Nawchoo, Private Secretary to Commissioner/Secretary to Health & Medical Education Department on his promotion shall continue as Principal Private Secretary to Commissioner/Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.
Ram Krishan Bhat, Private Secretary to Minister for Tourism & Culture on his promotion as Principal Private Secretary is re-designated Special Assistant to Minister for Tourism and Culture. He shall retain lien in his parent cadre.
Tsering Dolma, Private Secretary to Relief Commissioner (Migrants), Jammu has been posted as CDPO, Khalsi, Leh on ex-cadre basis vice Mr. Tsering Sandup. She will retain lien in her parent department.
