Jammu, December 14- Assurance Committee meeting of the Legislative Assembly was held under the chairmanship of MLA Mr. M. Y. Tarigami ,here today.
The meeting discussed various assurances contained in its 14th Report pertaining to the Home department. The Members of the committee included Dr. Mustafa Kamal, Bhasharat Bukhari, Mir Zahoor Ahmad, Irfan Ahmad Shah and Bharat Bushan. They raised various issues of public importance.
Financial Commissioner, Home, Mr. Vergeese Samuel, Director General of Police, Mr. Kuldeep Kudha, Secretary,Legislative Assembly, M. Ramzan, and concerned officers of the Home Department and Assembly Secretariat were also present in the meeting.
