While rejecting the bail application of petitioner/accused, who was booked u/s 17/21 unlawful activities (Prevention) Act after hearing Advocate Kishore Kumar appearing for the petitioner and APP Mr. Ravinder Sharma appearing for the state and also perused the record, observed that the charge against the petitioner is that he was in the possession of an amount of Rs 36,000 conveying to militants of Hizbul-Mujahidin outfit lodged in Kot-Bhalwal Jail Jammu and also a cell phone were recovered from his possession outside the main gate of Kot-Bhalwal jail, he was sent to interrogation center Jammu for sustained interrogation. A person, who aids any militant outfit, in any manner, is as harmful for the society as the perpetrator of the brutal crimes. So far as the facts on record till date are concerned, Court find that there is sufficient material on record which shows the complicity of the petitioner in the commission of crime attributed to him.
