| Assembly Sectt trains teachers on legislative business | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 16: With a view to acquaint the students with legislature business, training programme for teachers of various educational institutions was organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly here today. On completion of the training course, the teachers would educate the students in respective schools about legislative business.
The Secretary, Legislative Assembly, M. Ramzan explained the way of working inside the House during Question Hour, Zero Hour and discussions on different subjects so that coming generation get acquainted with ethics of legislature and contribute in nation building legislature business.
The participating teachers in the orientation course raised different enquires about the way of functioning of the House and got adequate information from the Secretary.
While imparting legislature education to the teachers during training course, the Secretary said that competition of legislative business among the students would be organized at district, divisional and then State level. Thereafter a competition will be held at national level also. He said that meritorious students will be rewarded by certificates and awards.
