| Mahajan Sabha hail’s Avtar Puri’s gesture | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 19: The Mahajan Sabha hailed the humanitarian gesture of Avtar Krishan Puri Prop. P Mark Oil for donating two deep fridges to the sabha for keeping the dead bodies till their last rites are performed.
In a meeting members of Sabha said, the donation has been made by Puri in memory of his late wife, and now it is for the information of the general public that the deep fridges are at the disposal of the sabha and can be made available to any person on demand for the preservation of the body and the same will be provided free of cost. Any person in need may apply/ approach to the Gandhi Nagar Sabha having its office at Mehar Chand Mahajan Park.
Others who were present in the meeting include Jagdish Vaid, Chanan Shah, Dharm Pal Gupta, Yash Pal Gupta, PC Gupta, Bansi Lal Gupta, Naresh Gupta and Sameer Gupta.
