Chairman, Manager CCB gets anticipatory bail

Jammu, Dec 19- In a petition filed by Dinesh Gupta Chairman and Kuldeep Kumar Manager Citizen Cooperative Bank, seeking quashment of FIR 331/2009 registered u/s 420,467 and 468 RPC with police station Gandhi Nagar Jammu, Justice Sunil Hali of J&K High Court today ordered that till next date of hearing the petitioners in the event of arrest in the case shall be released on bail subject to furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs 50,000 with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the investigating officer with conditions.
It is worthwhile to mention here that FIR has been registered against Dinesh Gupta Chairman and Kuldeep Kumar Gupta Manager on a complaint lodged by employees association for fraudulently sanctioning Rs. 10 lakh loan way back in 2001 against the mortgage of land valued at Rs.1.45 lakh only JNF
