| Restrictions imposed on procession rallies | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 19: District Magistrate, Jammu, Mr M K Dwivedi in exercise of powers vested upon him under section 144 Cr PC has ordered that no processions/rally shall be taken out by any individual or groups of individuals and no provocative slogans shall be raised by any one in the area of Vikram Chowk to Press Club and surrounding area of flyover.
However, this order shall not apply to marriage and funeral processions.
The order shall come into force from 18-12-2009 for a period of two months or till rescinded whichever is earlier.
