Jammu, Dec 20- Regularized ReT Teachers Forum in its meeting held today with Surindar Kumar Choudhary in chair, has appealed the Minister for Education Peerzada Mohammed Sayed to modify the government order No 115-EDU issued on April 28, 2000 exclusively for pension purposes.
The Forum also demanded seniority benefits from their date of appointment as ReTs as this will not burden the state exchequer, besides regularization of education volunteers who have completed five years tenure as EV and as RET.
Among others present in the meeting included Vinay Sharma, Madan Chib, Jajinder Singh, Jagdish Singh, Rattan Sharma, Anil Choudhary and Dr Khem Raj.
