| RD society forms newly executive body. | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 20: The J&K Rural Development (RD) Society held under the Charimanship of Mubarak Gul its chairman in a meeting reframed the body of the society by appointing S.K. Sharma as Chairman Jammu Province, Sham Lal Gupta organizer for Jammu Province and Hem Raj senior , Vice Chairman of Jammu Province, Braham Dutt, Chairman, Aftab Ahmed, Joint Secretary and Subash Chander Press Secretary for District Jammu Sandeep Singh Jamwal appointed as Secretary RDS Society Jammu (Youth-wing). While Sat Pal Senior Vice Chairman of District Udhampur will also look after the Districts of Reashi, Ramban Doda and Kishtwar. Gul asked the members to framed the bodies of the district of Samba, Poonch, Rajorui and Kathua within one month.
Gul also appreciated the decision taken by chief Minister Omar Abdullah in framing the Kissan Board and also requested to select some members from the RDS in the Kissan Board, who are working as an instrument of Socio economic reforms to bring about a change in the lives of the poor and down trodden sections of the society.
