Jammu, Dec 21- Domana Police today presented challan in much publicized alleged spurious Desi Ghee Scam u/s 3/7 EC Act r/w section 420/120-B/201/272/109/34 RPC in the Court Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu against Tarsem Lal & Ors.
After hearing Chief Public Prosecutor Pawan Khajuria, Chief Judicial Magistrate fixed January 18, 2010 for further hearing. JNF
