| People express resentment over troop’s withdrawal: HRW | | | Early times Report Jammu, Dec 21: The J&K Human Rights Watch (HRW) have expressed grave concern over the withdrawal of troop’s from the state. Addressing the workers meeting HRW chairman B.L. Kapoor said that there is a great resentment among the people due to the withdrawal of forces as day by day infiltration is on rise. He said due to this people have once again become scare as the people with nefarious design of elements have been swang into actions to disturb the peace and harmony of the state. He said there is alarming danger of the militants referring militants attempts in different areas of J&K especially in Rajouri and Poonch where BSF Jawans, was killed and two injured in firing in Krishna Ghat, Poonch on December 19th, 2009 and two civilian killed in valley on the same land. He said intelligence reports clearly indicated that llyas Kashmir is operating on LOC especially in Rajouri and Poonch sectors beside Harkat-Ul-Jehad Islami’s (Huji’s) letter reveals new infiltration plot also. The prevailing circumstances do not allow killing raw Army forces because the normalcy is only possible when the security forces are deployed to control over the militants and their associates, he said.
