| Nippu wins bronze for J&K in Senior Nationals | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 21: Asian Championship gold medalist, Nippu Jamwal secured bronze medal in the just concluded Senior National Judo Championship at Haridwar in Uttranchal.
Nippu, who fought in the 44 kg (light weight) weight category could not make it to first position and had to contain herself with a bronze only.
The Jammu and Kashmir Judo Association had fielded 12-member team, including five girls in this championship. The team was accompanied by Suraj Bhan Singh and Arshi Nad as coaches while Vikas Gupta was manager of the team.
