Jammu, Dec 21- Jammu and Kashmir High Court will remain closed for winter vacation from January 4, 2010 to January 30, 2010.
According to the notification issued today by Registrar General MK Hanjura, the Chief Justice has nominated vacation judges for both wings of High Court to hear matters which may require immediate or prompt action.
For Jammu wing, Justice JP Singh has been nominated as the vacation Judge for whole the vacation period except from January 4, to January 8, 2010, which is no work period for the High Court.
Similarly, Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar would be the vacation Judge for Srinagar Wing for the vacation period except from January 4, to January 8, 2010. JNF
