There is a general complaint from telephone subscribers of Poonch receive telephone bills after the expiry of due date of payment for which they are forced to pay fine with no fault of theirs. Despite reminding the concerned authorities, nothing has been done and the bills are deliberately dispatched after expiry of due date. There is resentment among the telephone holders in this regard.
Beside this STD holders also face lot of problems after depositing the bill in the post-office s he has to show the payment receipt to BSNL authorities, if he fails, them the authorities impose fine on him, and the STD connection is snapped. People are fed up with this attitude of BSNL and request higher authorities of BSNL at Jammu to set things right at the earliest.
