| PDP concerned over for victims of Gas cylinder Blast in Pattan | | | Early Times Report

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders have expressed concern at the inability of the administration to reach out the victims of gas cylinder blast in Palpora Pattan.
Senior Leader PDP and MLA Molvi Iftikhar Hussain Ansari said it was a shocking tragedy that hit a family resulting in death of four persons including a brother and sister and injuries to many others.
Molvi said the villagers had told him that government agencies failed in responding to the incident in time which resulted in avoidable loss of lives, he e said the medical service, Ambulance and relief agencies had not acted on time.
Referring to the cause of the blast Molvi said the rural areas in Kashmir were reeling under the worst power crises and the unscrupulous elements were trying to benefit from the miseries of the people and indulging in selling sub standard gas cylinders.
Molvi asked the administration to provide immediate relief to the effected family whose house had also been blasted in the incident. He said in view of the winter and harsh conditions the family should be given immediate and extra relief.
