| Dutta for developing leadership qualities among women | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 22- Provincial President Women’s Wing of National Conference Lakshmi Dtta has stressed upon the need of developing leadership qualities among the urban and rural women so that they could lead the masses and project demands of their respective areas. Addressing the concluding function of the 20 day long tributes program to late Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah here today Dutta asked the women to come out of homes and take up the issues of the people. She also distributed clothes and other woolen items to the poor and needy people on the occasion. Several women activist joined the National Conference and pledged to carry forward the policies and programs of the party at the grass roots level. Those who joined the party included Aslam Sibi, Manjura Bibil, Saleema Bibi, Gurjar Bibi and Keemi Bibi, while Rukshana Begum was appointed Mohalla President of Masjid Mohala.
